When arriving at Theatre

NHS Test and Trace QR codes are available for you to scan when you arrive at theatre.

We strongly recommend wearing a face-covering whilst inside the theatre building unless you are exempt due to health reasons. Our Front of House staff are expected to wear face coverings whilst on duty.

We kindly request that everyone keeps the foyer as clear as possible. To help with this, the doors to the auditorium will be open earlier than usual for patrons to be able to take their seats. Front doors will still open at 7pm, as usual, ready for a prompt 7.30pm start.

People sitting in rows A-G will be requested to enter the auditorium through door two, by the bar. If you have tickets in rows H-O you will be requested to enter via the main auditorium door one in the foyer.

Hand sanitiser stations are positioned throughout the theatre and enhanced cleaning routines have already been put in place, which will continue throughout the duration of the production.

We kindly request that interval drinks be pre-ordered to minimise congestion in the bar area during the interval.

Unfortunately, the cloakroom is unavailable during the pantomime production.

We hope you have a pleasant visit to HGLT. If you do have any concerns, members of staff will be on hand to help guide you.
